As I reported yesterday the British Fashion Awards were held in London last night at The Savoy Hotel and Theatre!
George Lamb and Lauren Laverne hosted the awards ceremony.
The ceremony saw the best of the British and international fashion industries joined by a glamorous line-up of guests and presenters, including BFC Ambassador Samantha Cameron, Kate Moss, Victoria Beckham, Kate Hudson, Colin Firth, Olivia Palermo, Josephine de la Baume, Marc Jacobs, Lady Amanda Harlech and Alexa Chung.
And so on to the winners of the 2011 British Fashion Awards …..

Most people will recognise the name as she was the one who designed THE wedding dress of the year for none other than Kate Middleton, now of course Duchess of Cambridge.

Christopher is from Scotland, Christopher studied at Central Saint Martins for six years. He interned with Giles Deacon and Russell Sage before setting up his own label as soon as he graduated.

Accessory Designer of the Year
Winner is – Charlotte Dellal
Charlotte is probably better known as the designer behind the shoe brand Charlotte Olympia! I love her shoes!!
Outstanding Achievement in Fashion
Winner is Paul Smith
Winner is Alexa Chung
Alexa won this coveted award last year too! And I like this award as it is voted for by the public!!
So then it was all over for another year, but we did see some stars turn up for the event, showing off how Fashion Savvy they may or may not be!!!
Once again, jewellery was played down as it often is on these Red Carpet events, I have a theory that they have to show case the outfits as they are given them for these occasions.
I thought that Kelly Brook looked amazing – I loved how she put the gold belt on the dress and her earrings – gorgeous!!
And just look at Daphne Guinness – She has totally gone the other way and accessorised in every way possible.
I can’t wait for the next amazing Awards Ceremony! Or Red Carpet Event!
